Session Procedures
Please test and confirm that your video and audio settings on the video communication app (Google Meet) are working properly at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time (do not click the URL we send you during the test).
We do not accept consultations via email. Please refrain from sending consultation details via email beforehand.

Join the meeting via the URL sent to you no earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment time (please do not enter the room earlier).
For the first session, we will conduct an intake to deeply understand your consultation goals, family history, medical history, etc.
After active listening counseling, we will proceed with psychotherapy, advice, psychological testing, and other necessary services according to your needs and preferences.
Psychotherapy can be broadly categorized into "past-oriented therapies" and "present and future-oriented therapies."
During the session, we will use text information, so using a PC or tablet is recommended.
If you must use a smartphone, please use a larger screen smartphone or a smartphone magnifier if possible.
Application Procedure
Click the reservation button below and log in to the reservation site (an account creation is required for the first time).
From the reservation site's calendar, click on a convenient date and time, enter the necessary details, and complete the payment to confirm your reservation.
You will need to purchase points (1 point = 1 yen) and make your reservation.
For your first reservation, we recommend booking a single-session appointment.
For subsequent sessions, you can purchase and use discount multi-session tickets (after logging in to the reservation site, go to "User Settings" → "Client Details" at the bottom, click "Purchase Points" → click "Purchase Multi-Session Ticket" → proceed with payment).
After making your reservation, we will send the video communication app URL via email.
If you are currently visiting a psychiatrist or psychosomatic specialist or receiving counseling from another psychological expert, please obtain permission for counseling (verbal consent is acceptable).

Frequently Asked Questions
Consultation Duration: The duration of consultations varies depending on the content and goals of the sessions. Generally, ongoing counseling is common. However, for consultations that are more advisory in nature, such as parenting advice (which may involve consulting about someone other than the client), the sessions might be completed in a few visits.
Consultation Frequency: For deeper psychological or stress-related concerns, sessions are ideally held every 1 to 2 weeks. For other types of consultations (such as parenting or work-related issues that are manageable on a day-to-day basis but occasionally problematic), sessions might be scheduled as needed, such as once a month.
For Subsequent Sessions: For the second and subsequent sessions, please log in to the reservation site and book your appointment as you did for the initial session.
